1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.

All of this is billed to the client's account, so you'll have to give a matter code for every cab ride, meal ordered, etc. If 4 people are getting into a cab together, for example, they'll write down the fare (bumped up as a kindness to the driver) each time a person is dropped off, so the total cab fare for the night will be billed to the client as 90 + 150 + 300 + 350 even if though it was a single cab ride, not four separate ones. Even printing of documents is done with matter codes - this is billed to the client, too. Is this the norm across T1s in Mumbai? I've interned in other T1s outside Mumbai and this wasn't how things worked
No policy of dinner or cab. Encouraged to leave start early and leave early. So you will find hardly 2-3 people after 8. All offices.
Of course I want to commodify what is already commodifying me :3
