Can't give your time back but this helped me a lot. Thank youu!!
Agree. This is not recruitment where there is an evaluation and an interview based on a shortlist, but internship. If the same standard is applied for recruitment, I will have an issue but for internship its fine.
It's the worst solution 😂, marks are atleast of law subjects, watson glaser is the most irrelevant test for law. Even the firm's which use WG use it as an ancillary, other things including marks are given more importance
best solution but law firms have aalsi HRs, they'd rather see GPA
Hey law firms, let's go for Watson Glaser all the way!
you have to become a topper either via marks or via extra curriculars (academic activities like moots and all) and get noticed. no point cribbing. get to work
Give me a better objective test to select people. Why would Law firms waste resources in selecting interns? They can pick these top rankers and then train them, anyways most of these law firms work in clerical in nature.
Why do firms take interns solely based on GPA? Don't they know how dumb and ineffective most of these toppers are?

Should I quit pursuing a job at a law firm since I am not going to be in the top 10 or 20 of my class anyway?
