What the fudge was that paper ?!? As compared to CLAT, that was an atrociously complicated paper. Did anyone else give the AILET ? Why can't NLUD just join CLAT ? I mean even non-clat colleges accept CLAT scores.
That's quality. Which no other NLU apart from NLUD aspires for anymore. We don't want the Tom, Dick and Harrys to get in. Only the best would make it. Rest can go to the state colleges that take in through CLAT.
State Universities >>>>>> Union Territory Universities
Union Territories = Central Government - The only NLU in the country that ought to be a central NLU is NLUD, not NLS. Not least because Delhi being the capital is representative of the whole of India.
The fact that you think Delhi is a UT is proof of your legal competence bud.
Oh, right. Here comes the legal expert. Delhi is the NCT and is specifically different from regular states under the Constitution. That alone makes it different from every other state.
No. It does not have domicile and is under a UT that's the national capital. Nor does the Delhi government interfere other than giving funds.
To be fair, NLUD increased the time to two hours from the previous 1.5 hours and kept it at the same number of questions. So the complexity is somewhat expected. And AILET was a tricky paper from the very beginning. And honestly, CLAT is a bit of a joke.
CLAT and all the people who administer it, as well as those who become big-headed after cracking that sad little excuse for an exam.
When does the result come out ? I hope it's before the new year. I don't want to spoil my new years 😭
