Regstreet is knock off of Finsec. They even changed their website and domain to appear like Finsec.

However, their clientele is not even close to Finsec but they do get some big clients here and there. Enough has been written about pay and partners so not going there.
He joined as an SA, as far as I know, and was made partner.

Cannot definitely say, but the partner who is at Finsec other than the founder is homegrown and has equity.

Can you clarify? Does that mean no such opportunity exist in Regstreet?

It is the role played and contribution made that is the determinant and not tenure.
Key member? How can someone be considered key member when in the first for a short period?

Regstreet Pay

Associate - 4 to 9 LPA

SA - 10 - 16

Plus there is no bonus. I think Finsec pays 16.2 to A0.

Finsec starting pay is T1 A0. Regstreet is T4 A negative.
looking forward to Sumit getting roasted in this thread
Finsec pay is T1 till A3 levels, beyond that slightly lagging behind T1 firms. Regstreet does not even come close.
Pay is of course better at Finsec. Close to 1.5x times of what Regstreet pays from what I know. Both firms doing well however
