Top Law Firms and Counsels. The system's rot is the half baked counsel trying to pass off as an arbitration counsel. They even take a cut from the proceeds that go to the arbitrators.
Do you know why judges are easy to appoint. They are used to taking a bribe from the corrupt counsels when they were judges. Hence the reliance on judges.
Try being honest in arbitration. You will be staring into an abyss
Judges actually look forward to retirement to make themselves useful to the market - and charge exorbitantly from companies
Present VP of India, has also made some bold remarks in the past. Latest would be his remark over arbitration space being dominated by Retd Justices of Constitutional Courts.
