(a) how much you've billed (and recovered) in the previous year
(b) profitability/margins (salaries to team, overheads)
(c) additional origination credits for work that you generated but was executed by other partners
(d) in case of lala firms, whether you're a salaried partner or equity
(e) in case of Trilegal, number of partnership points per your position in the lockstep....
But on average can be anything between 1cr and 4-5cr on the higher end of the scale for someone who's been a partner for 5 years at a T1. 4-5cr is the exception, most of us would be closer to 2cr.
Just trying to understand the business aspect of law
