Your mental state during that time will make a juggernaut of a difference. I fetched a good T2 NLU in my second attempt without any preparation as I was not expecting anything and was simply enjoying the paper.
Although, I regret this, too. Had I have prepared for the CA section, I would have ended up in a T1 NLU assuming that other things were constant.
P.S. Peeps are going to comment a lot of negative stuff over here - kinda obvious - do not pay heed to it for now.
