Delhi medical council only has registration fees of 1000/- rupees for application? And 2000 for permanent registration.

Why is the enrolment fee for advocates so high? Around 15500 for Delhi and may be more or less for other states.

When freshers are not even paid 10000 rupees and there’s no concept of even fixed fee of advocates how can bar council of Delhi demand such high fees?
