Im currently interning with SAM/ CAM (Cant specify team), and accidentally sent a weird text (sexual connotation) with my mentor and he "discussed" the same with the partner.
What's going to happen?
Then I deleted for everyone, and told him it was a huge mistake, I'm sorry, won't be repeated, will be careful etc.
He replied after an hour with a cold text "um ok"
Then I asked, will this affect my future opportunities with the firm, what will happen
He replies He will speak to the partner.
Am I screwed?
Girl - most likely and hopefully they will ignore it
If you are looking for a "no" for some sort of comfort, sorry, i can't lie to you.
I don't think the partner knows, but the team does know. Don't worry too much, these things happen.
