Even though marked trollish. The troll is absolutely right !!
True but the issue is that they don't accept it but try to pretend like social scientists.
That means the students don't study. One cannot just hope to faff their way through papers like tax. The questions aren't numerical heavy either. Only tests basics.
Sanjay Kumar is a great faculty and is very knowledgeable. Tax is an important subject in law school and interpretation skills can only be developed through solving numericals.
Doesn't every lawyer have mathphobia lol it's why we are lawyers
no, not gnlu, our paper was fairly easy and manageable because the faculty themselves dont know much about the subject. puchne ke liye aana bhi toh chahiye
So that you can cheat easily in exams?

Just like AIBE?
Not required too long post.

In simple words, you've mathphobia.
Bro, Got O grade in a single day of slogging, T1 Nlu
Waise to history and geography are also redundant. It's a basic education and isn't optional.
you're literally given a BA. now you want it without doing any B.A. courses? UGC se baat kar ke bhai. you don't get a law degree after only studying law in our country.
I agree with the BA subjects being extremely redundant. I thought Tax as a subject is optional unless elected. Keeping it compulsory for all, especially for someone intending to pursue judiciary or any other competitive exam is a little tough to manage.
+1! These BA subjects should be made optional/part of electives. Law is a professional course and should focus more on subjects that will come handy while practicing.

On the contrary, the tax syllabus should be doubled and replace sociology, history, political science and human rights.
You don't know either, so it wouldn't have mattered.
The Fourth-year tax paper was terrible and hard for all?
Why make a course outline entirely based on ICAI syllabus? Shouldn't the syllabus be more of laws than numerical?
