1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.

There is high sense of favouritism by partners towards few associates and others which only runs the firm; if you raise issues you are facing, they donβt care. Management avoids talking or listening to any issues one is facing in the firm. There is no true measurement of how much a person is remunerated being proportionate to the efforts the person is putting. It all depends upon the discretion.
Most of the deserving people end up leaving the firm because they get so frustrated by this dictatorship culture. S&R remunerations are not at par with the market at mid/senior level lawyers.
They are over conservative in every aspect and avoid difficult conversations. There is no vision of the firm to follow or look forward for. There doesnβt come a sense of belongingness towards people and firm even after spending multiple years at the firm due to cold behaviour management keeps with people, they hire except few old favourites of theirs. There is no performance evaluation system for associates and partners and all is decided by few based on discretion. There are no growth paths they talk about or career progression conversations they have ever with any person.
Bro this is the same condition in every law firm, or corporate organisation for that matter, only a few manage and have control in all affairs. BTW SnR pays much hire than CAM or SAM at senior levels.
In fact the salary at all level is and has been the highest since last many years.
If this isn't growth then I don't know what is.
