coz not everyone gets internships easily during the course like nlu people
They hire zero associates from those long term interns. The long term internship at LKS is a replacement for A0s
You can start from your final semester if you are from a traditional uni, since attendance is not a concern and different internship slots, if you are from a NLU/ pvt uni, then I think you should begin the long term internship after you graduate.
LKS has a policy for long term internships in their Commercial Dispute Resolution and Taxation practice (New Delhi Office). The pay is decent. There like 10-15 long term interns working together, so competition is there as they hire like 3-4 people amongst them.
