Unfortunately yes, they do. But the bias can be easily mitigated if you showcase good work after coming a tier-2 nlu/a decent private university like Symbiosis.
Yep, absolutely, even while interning, they just treat T1 individuals better. Give them bettwr assignments and stuff and people are more eager to teach u if u screw up
