What about obscure non practical subjects? Like Environmental law, human rights, international law etc ?

agreed largely, but you miss out on nidhi who is amazing with arbitration. right up there w amita.
akr barely ought to feature in the list, he operates on so many assumptions and is the worst prof to question if u dont understand something
meh there’s no need to fight at this

anup>yp>jairam(dearly missed)>amita>mukul/neeraj>sophy>akr

anup over yp for those not interested in ipr, otherwise may well be the other way round// mostly based on pedagogy

Wow. Going through this thread I feel like dropping my ambition to be a professor and going back to litigation. Sad state of affairs.
I wish that the students were in the learning mode. Those from the top NLU are mostly in the entitlement mode. Students from lower NLUs or non NLUs make much more of an effort, lacking such privilege.
Only NALSAR has got an A++ rating now. NLS, NLUD barely have an A.
Spot on! Most Noojies who frequent this thread are jobless trolls who do nothing other than wash dirty linen in public and spread hatred about their own institute, students and faculty.
Noojies have to spread a narrative to get people to join them. We don’t. We know we’re better. And we could care less about your opinion about our faculty.
I'd say it's an improvement from all those threads about which NLU is top 3.

P.S. All of them are state universities. Haha. Not central, not INI, can barely get a NAAC A++ and the general public doesn't even know them. It's all frog in a pond scenario here. Bwahahah.
We definitely need a "Rate my professor" website/app for India. It's high time we start naming and shaming those medicore lazy butt professors who are doing nothing but getting pay commission salaries and ruining the future of students.

When was LI anything more than a gossip forum for lawyers and advocates ? You're acting holier than thou as if LI had some sort of groundbreaking intellectual discussion on legal nuances here. Either answer or move on.
Looking at the similar NUJS thread, it seems like there isn't any good professor in NLUD therefore no names. Lol.
Why do you want to know? If you're already a student there, then you already know. If you aren't, then it's of no use to you, nor are you in a position to verify any claim. Better focus on learning whatever you can from whichever professor you can access.
