2. For Indian formals, you can wear suits, again solids and simple prints. Or you can pair kurtas with pant style bottoms (avoid palazzos).
3. For shoes, go with close toed black/nude pumps or block heels or ballet flats. 2-3 inches max. If you have to walk a lot in your commute avoid uncomfortable shoes.
4. The best tip I received from my seniors was “monkey see monkey do”. Wear what you see the female associates wearing and replicate that. Dress like an associate and carry yourself with confidence.
