Coupled with the fact that attrition was at an all time low at a firm like CAM.
Reducing costs to boost profitability. Plus what's the point of taking on a bunch of whiney ass entitled kids who are just gonna bolt at the first instance if told to work hard.
So, they simply hired too many people in 2023 and even for 2024, where placements were bleak across firms. So they aren't being normal selective. They're being super selective
2024 batch ka hiring toh kabka hogya, I read somewhere that 2025 interns were asked not to expect PPOs, and not we see 2026 interns coming in May and June. I don't understand what's happening.
Not exactly a hiring freeze, but hiring is a fraction of what is was...people are always joining and leaving. So yeah, hiring is and will continue to be low for 2-3 years.
Have heard from multiple sources on the freeze at CAM!! Is it for batch of 2024 or 2025? And inclusive of both Mumbai and Del offices? Reliable answers please
