I had a similar experience. If I apply in July they say no slots till March then I ask for April they don't respond and if they do they say all slots full till July 2024.

This is what happens when T4 firms think they are t1
fairly normal, GLC PGCL JCCL NMIMS kids intern all year long and hence apply 3-4 months prior. Normally 1-2 months were enough to get a slot, but given the job market rn 24 and 25 batch hasnt been placed yet and hence seniors are interning as well.
You do realise if they told you 6 months in advance they had no slots, for subsequent months the same was likely to happen.

Be honest that you tried T1 didn't get so again applied after waiting for months.
Really? If we apply 3-4 months back, firms say we'll review it in 60-90 days. Kare to kare kya. Anyway it is Pioneer and not NDA.

This is fairly normal... i speak to MPs/EPs on a fairly regular basis and in all our respective firms, internships at any point of time are filled up for at least 6-9 months.
To clarify, I did not apply for the same month(december) instead I applied for Jan in Nov, if i did something wrong please guide me
I applied for Jan and the standard practice is to apply 2 months before

Dude they literally told you to apply for the months subsequent to December. You were not asked to wait until November.

I applied for an internship in June and they said they are full till December. I applied again in nov and their reply shocked me, they are full till July 2024! Is this firm actually in demand or is this some stupid trick being played?
