The thing is, most LLM courses in commercial law are male dominated and colleges may look to set a cap. So, if we are heterosexual males, if we pick C,D or E, do we escape the cap? Or even earn diversity points? While choosing C could be considered dishonest, one could argue that D is acceptable (as there are dozens of gender possibilities). E would be 100% honest.
What are you guys doing?
FYI Wikipedia lists various genders, including Xenogender, which affects 0.35% of the population, (categories like Catgender, Robogender etc).

there is no official diversity quota, however, you would find at oxbridge the pg cohorts are not too heavy from one country, they do this by looking at the sop and transcripts, there is an unofficial geography quota. Otherwise, it would just be Indians and Chinese.
