Seems to be in the region of 40 lakhs to 80 lakhs for most people (for father + mother) . Plus, many from business and agricultural families evade tax.

So maybe complaints about high fees are unjustified?
I'm from NALSAR. 50% people are in some form of loan. Evading or not, Noone with actual cash will take om student loans, due to predatory fees and interest rates. Maybe put a finger to the ground sir.
Ya bro but people behave as though thier income is 2 cr + what culture
What are you saying bro, I am from NALSAR and can confidently say that half of the people in NALSAR are rich kids. Taking student loans for tax savings doesn't mean they are not from a rich family. Observe their lifestyle and you will realize.
Bhai woh bas dikhate hai, motivation talks dekh dekhke. Go visit their home once.
Or rather the fact that thye dont pay tax in the first place
Both of you can be correct. One is saying 50% are on loan and the other is saying 50% are rich. So that's the divide at NALSAR.
there was once an IDIA survey which found that most would have 15l+ pa, which by Indian standards would be upper middle (this survey is about 7-8 yrs old)
Everyone here at NLS and NALSAR are from humble backgrounds. Parents largely from humble government jobs
Around 60% would have incomes of 50 lakhs to 1 crore+.

Around 20% would have incomes of 25 lakhs to 50 lakhs

Rest below 25 lakhs.

Certainly, there are people from poor backgrounds, but they earn tons when they join the profession, so the fee is justified.
They can all become tier 1 partners, so the fees should actually start at 1 crore. That's how ridiculous your logic is. The fees should be what I can afford now, not 5 years later. What privileged rubbish!
every year is different, this is a stupid question,
