High Court and Supreme Court direct Bar to Bench elevation is reserved for nepo kids from Judicial Clans. (Chandrachuds, Narimans, Lalits and many regional examples etc) Most of the elevation is done for Senior Advocate or Judges children.
Is the Judicial Services Exam process fair and free from corruption like UPSC?
Asking because there were some allegations that in Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat and Tamil Nadu you have to give bribes of lakhs of rupees to clear thr Judicial Services interview.
Is this true? Is the interview process rigged. We know thay exam is not easy to rig.
The main allegation is that to get past the interview you have to give money to agents who will then give bribes to the interview panel.
Or is there nepotism in Lower Judicial Services exam process?
Not corruption, but favoritism and nepotism.
The results are decided even before the exam is announced.
Try for UP judiciary, DJS, HJS, MPJ, RJS.
These are somewhat less corrupt.
