There should be a proper discourse on this in firms. Even if an AI takeover of junior and mid-level jobs is not imminent until after 10-15 years a strategic plan by firms to turn around on it and use it to their benefit should be a priority. I understand that technology changes very rapidly and it is quite difficult to foresee the developments but we must talk about this. Wonder if MPs of large firms are prepared for this or even properly thinking about it.
