Is there scam in selection process, as they don't allow RTI on pre and gujrati language test.
Outside Gujarat student fails the exam by 19.5, 18, 19. Because there is minimum marks qualifying criteria of 20.
Anyways it looks like only 13 people paid the bribe they were asking.
example : Preeti Shukla (UPPCS-J topper) she appeared in interview two times, they awarded her marks less than minimum criteria in interview, less deserving students got selected .
finally she prepared for UPPCS-J 2023 and cracked that easily
