Instead of writing pointless posts like this, maybe try doing something useful yourself. Your words just show how useless and insecure you are. May you achieve something in life
1. The shady arbitration institute you are speaking of is a much needed institution. If you ever had a chance at participating in arbitrations governed by international institutions you would realize that they have no real value to offer and leave the client's pockets bleeding. Delhi, and Mumbai have two such institutions which are trying to come up as a viable option.
2. Regarding training judges in different jurisdictions, as someone who practices in a metro city, I have come across presiding officers especially at district level who do not know the most basic concepts of arbitration. Forget about the courts located in the interiors of the country. Hence, anyone who is aware of the recent legal developments can always be an ideal candidate to spread knowledge on fundamentals.
3. Regarding flaunting what you are up to in professional life, this is a subjective topic. But to be fair, if corporate guys publish the deals they are working on, disputes side could also at least speak of the matters where their arguments prevailed. You need to remember that law is no more a second or third hand option. We currently have around 1 Lakh aspirants who apply for various law entrances.
4. Regarding buying awards, you have a point. It does not make sense to be called 30 under 30 or 40 under 40 in a country of 140 odd crore people.
The two cents would be - not every famous lawyer is a good one. Not every good lawyer is famous.
