What criteria do firm HRs see for shortlisting internship candidates? Sometimes it can be arbitrary an difficult to understand. Do they also google search candidates to check if there's any social media post expressing political opinions/doing cringe stuff etc ?
Ranks. You can be shitting on CAM here all day and they will shortlist you if ur top 5 in ur batch.
Everyone who gets the opportunity. 2nd year luchhas tryna act they will get an all expenses paid trip to intern at A&O after writing 2 blogs on IndiaCorpLaw. Karni tujhe lala ke dukan pe naukri hi hai...agar mili to
Personally know toppers choosing TTA and SnR or ICUL over CAM
Toppers who get to intern and therefore reject internships at CAM are the ones shortlisted by AnO and Links not only provided an expenses paid internship, but high conversion rate to TC, and 500 pounds a week stipend. Be happy cammie
Firms like DSK Legal, Khaitan and SAM do not look at CVs and simply give nepo kids internships & jobs.
How was every other kid interning virtually at SAM this September??
Ur overestimating HRs eagerness to care about internship applications, or for that matter, anything related to employees. They are the most lazy people I've met in my life, more than my evil grandpa
They check who is referring you, CV is a formality as far as shortlisting goes
Lol u think HRs work that much? They would rather pick interns through a draw of lots!😂
RCC = ranks

Individually = contacts (not necessarily nepo, but anyone who can vouch for you and urge the HR to schedule an interview)
