Regarding IIULER, it's just a Private University who did not meet any standards in legal education! They even did not have good physical library facilities. Moreover, not even single remote Database access is provided by IIULER after paying these much lakhs!
BCI does not do anything. The only thing BCI done is by giving approval to the Five Year Integrated LLB which was first initiated at NLSIU!
The claim by BCI that NLSIU was started by them is completely wrong! NLSIU was the first Institution which brings Five-Year Integrated LLB in India and BCI gave approval for the same!
That's the only thing done by BCI and it's their "Function" as the regulator for LLB Course in India
You will not get ID Cards. You will not have regular classes. For PhD, the coursework is not completed even after stepping into the eighth month! Not even a single hour was taken as class for PhD scholars in the last 100 days!
No one cares about the PhD Coursework, classes taken and the standard of education
You will not get any facilities including database! They did not even have atleast one single remote Database access!
They are deceiving everyone. IIULER is owned by BCI Trust - PEARL FIRST which is an independent body. It is not a part or BCI as per the official notification of BCI in 2022 (Refer IIULER Requirements 2022 in the BCI website) - You will get all the evidences
Moreover, they did not have atleast a single remote Database access after paying more than 12L (including residential fees) per annum for LLB and kore than 10L (including residential fees) for LLM per annum
IIULER was constituted India International University of Legal Education and Research of the Bar Council of India Trust at Goa Act, 2021 (Goa Act 16 of 2021) - It is the only PRIVATE UNIVERSITY in the State of Goa.

They are actually deceiving people and students by stating it as a Public University!
Never ever fall in their trap!
As for IILUER, Jindal charges same fees and incurs greater expenses. They have bigger campus, better facilities and pays faculty a lot more. BCI isn't doing any of that in Goa. It's a sham place meant for squeezing money.
Paying Jindal fees for this shit ain't worth it.
Jindal, Ashoka, BITS can't be equated.
Also it's run by Bar Council of India which is an extremely ▮▮▮ body.
