Why r u comparing it with tier 1s? Wont this be vastly different.

Assuming you are a SP a nep3 pay at tier 2 in bangalore, 80l is really good
Bhai - uske sawaal ka jawaab bata na. Yeh mummy ki tarah jawaab ke jagah sawaal mat kar na
There are new salaried partners at SAM who make around 70 lpa, so your figures are good if not great
Jitna chill karti hai gc team lagta to nhi itna kamata hoga partner
absolute bollocks lol. Not only does KCo Bangalore not do any noticeable work, a first year partner does not make this amount anywhere other than Trilegal
I think you've got it all wrong. Khaitan Bangalore especially with Ganesh Prasad's blessing is killing it. Most of the PE, VC and Fintech work is with them. If you don't know then just don't rant.
Tier-1pa. Not thr most favoured guy in the team. Still make 73L at 60:40. 80L can't be a good number for partner after 3 years of salaried partnership.
I agree. The estimates given by people are so vastly varied that it is so difficult to come to an informed conclusion.
All the associates, SAs, PAs and salaried Partners must unionise against these big firms and seek a greater salary. After all, these firms are riding on their hardwork.
Unionize? They aren't even employees. In fact, they take pride and tax breaks in not being employees.
The application for registration under Trade Unions Act says industry OR profession so it can be done?
You can form the union, but the law firm partners won't be bound to negotiate with you.
