why do CAM PAs join London firms just before becoming partners? seen two recently. Is SA-ship in a foreign firm better than partnership in CAM?

Is remuneration for SA in magic circle (London, Singapore, HK) higher than a PA / counsel in India? Does moving abroad make sense for higher savings - after deducting cost of living (rent + tax + meals)?

It averages out then? That is, purely from a $ to Rs. perspective, if once wants to have more savings - it doesn't matter if working abroad or India at the SA / PA level?

That is not entirely true. You do end up saving a good 2-3k sterlings a month, even if you spend lavishly.

Its just not PAs,all levels of employees are running away from CAM.Hiring of freshers is generally double the requirement because within a year half will.be gone.By next year,that batch barring one or two would be gone. Thats how high their attrition is.
