That's an awesome list! How come NLUs can't invite them to set up stalls? They will surely get good orders in NLUs in remote locations with no good restaurants nearby?
There’s enough market to set up 2-3 restaurants and generate decent demand even in NLUs because Purchasing power has been only going up throughout the country so these don’t really take out a big sum of money + the added convenience will be a huge factor for people craving better quality food without having to travel for an hour
Plus many of them are located in city limits so it makes sense for brands to set up outlets just outside the campus so you get both students + general public. This is the case with NLUD, RML, NUJS, NLS etc - outlets are not on campus but near enough to access. Plus Zomato/Swiggy makes delivery a breeze.
