Got to hear that S&P still hasnt rolled out the bonuses and increments for FY ending 2023. Moreover, increments have apparently now been delayed to December 2023. Are they broke or just exploiting young talent?
Its a lala shop, the money is frozen at the partner level and will never trickle down to the A0. Avoid such firms at all costs!!!
Although their LinkedIn states that they're killing it.. it seems reality is different.. luthra was able to push unwanted people out in the split and has reclaimed significant portion of clientele back
Bro yeh Atlas Law partners alias Luthra ka toh gungan mt kijiye. Woh question hi nahi h.
Oh ya Atlast Law Partners alias Luthra is the best?
This is inaccurate.

Everyone has been given a month of retainer fees (as applicable last year) as interim increment and the balance is expected by the end of next month.
No. Only A0 campus hires and people who have been with the firm since March 31 2022 have been given an adjustable amount for arrears. Makes sense to them because the firm had some 70 people as on March 31 2022 and then hired a lot. So they have not paid arrears or increments.
Poachers are having fun time, and recruiters are minting money. The resignation train is about to depart.
It seems like they actually are. They’ve given multiple reasons to delay increments and arrears now. And now it almost seems like they will not disburse these amounts.
Very strange. It is December and we have not received increments. Since we will be eligible for the next tranche in April 2024, might as well give it to us then and then all of us can LEAVE.
Stop defaming our prestigious firm on a public forum.
Ye increment ke 3-4 thread tere hi..tune hi naak m dum kiya hua h firm ke bch ke rehiyo bhai commtte wle dhund rhi tjhe jis din trace ho gaya commttee wle sidha fire krne ka plan h w/o pay (internal info de raha hu seriously)
Be happy that you are in a top tier. You got an opportunity. Don't look at money. You got the name! No other firm would take you, but we did. Appreciate it. You earn more than most other professions. No reason to crib. Be proud of where you are. Money will flow.
