How do people manage or even come across same sex relationships in law firm life, which is very time consuming and ppl dont get much time to mingle. I have heard some partners in these law firms are openly gay/lesbian. How do you manage social perception against such relations.

I have never heard of a gay partner, in any firm, in 8 years of my law firm stint.

They are still in closet.
