If not T1, then hella good pay!
Anyways, if your job allows you to have your own time and if you like the job too, then its the most you can get. The extra 2 lacs wont be worth it, trust me.
As per minimum wages act designed by law firms, I can fairly say you are at Ocean depth level and it will take a lot of oxygen & power for you to come on the surface. This LPA will make you a fossil fuel for others to run their engine.
