I wonder how a paper can be published and retracted later on ground of plagiarism, especially given the proliferation of anti-plagiarism software these days. These are all good journals or conference proceedings that opt for rigorous peer review process. How come they didn't check for plagiarism before acceptance or publication?

The data sheet doesn't reflect that. Nor has the methodology been clearly mentioned, including multiple factors that a study of this kind have to take into consideration and include in terms of countering sampling bias and several other matters. This is a very juvenile attempt that lacks research quality and rigour. Which you would have understood had you been a researcher or academic yourself, as has been mentioned someone above.

For those who are wondering, note that none of the listed universities have disputed this list and the report. Only retractions due to plagiarism of the article, plagiarism of text, and duplication of article are included in this analysis. Retractions due to legitimate reasons or honest mistakes have been excluded.

Wow, you are really so smart. Fortunately, only papers retracted for plagiarism have been counted in the data (other reasons are excluded). JU is on the list - you can shout your heart out and that fact will not change. Unfortunately, with me, you have to be smarter. Though, as I said am enjoying seeing you unsettled.

There is no methodology, incomplete data and no proper investigative source cited here. Just like your precious NFSU credibility. Retraction takes place for entire issues for reasons other than plagiarism which you would have known had you actually been a researcher or academic of worth.
