I had applied about 3weeks back for an internship with Vidhi for the month of January. Do they respond to all applications or just to the selected candidates? If the latter is true, then how long should I wait?
I am a second year law student. I am not looking for a PPO. I have heard that they give good amount of work to their interns and it's a good learning experience. That's why I wanna intern. Any idea about when should I expect a reply or is there a way to follow up?
It's part of my mandatory internship so I'll have to do a research internship and I'll be marked on this so it will ultimately be a part of my academics.
February slots have been filled up with contacts. It's a shame that an organization like Vidhi decided to go entirely by contacts and not take merits into account.

There are exceptions of course, a friend of mine did a 20 day internship in his 2nd year but he got it through contacts and not the usual email route.
