Phir I see LI. I see all hues and cries and toxic work culture.
Most of the time I am not able to relate to it. But earnings of these peeps are beyond 1L, which makes me speechless. Then I see people cribbing over less salary when they are being paid around 1.5L (boss us firm me 1.7 hai, mera 1.5 hai...)
This question is to people working at T-1/2 or any other places where pay is good but work-life is screwed.
Is there a reason you choose to stay in such firms? I mean if things are screwed this much, where you cant have a good work-life, what's the point? Or is it that things here at LI is over exaggerated and in reality things are sorted or paiso k nashe chal rahe hai.
I personally wanted to switch to T-1/2 but never got accepted, stating I am not good enough. Khair wo to waqt btayega. :-P Jab jab bura lagta hai, tb yeha aa k sab k cribbing dekh leta hu, thodi validation mil jati hai.
