It's either what I mentioned above, or 'helping' associates move from one T1 to the next. I mean, they're irrelevant in that process lol.
Also, the ▮▮▮ on LinkedIn are SO ANNOYING with their posts full of instructions. I find their posts so condescending, just stfu and do some work. What is the point if you ONLY help candidates that fit the EXACT thing you're looking for.
