Depends on the workers. A friend of mine works there, 8 years of work ex, is getting 40 LPA.

And someone with 8 years of work experience in a T1 law firm will earn North of 60LPA and the entire thing is in-hand. TCS would have filled those 40LPA with lauda lasan allowances

Yes that's definitely not ctc. In ctc, engineers make that and a multiple of that at 1 pqe.
