whataboutism is not a legimitate strategy to claim the moral high ground.
go on. tell me the utopia hamas has built in gaza when theyre shooting from behind babies. No journalists die there no? lets list off all of the people hamas has killed yeah?
Hamas being in the wrong doesn't really make Israel in the right. Both sides are very wrong in this conflict.
Yes. If someone comes into your home and kills your kids - you shouldn’t actually fight them cause fighting is wrong. Both sides are awful. You should just surrender to the intruders.
Go on, tell me how Israel has occupied most of Palestine and kept the bulk of their original population so happy.
So by your logic, if a terrorist makes you a human shield, then you no longer have right to life?
No wars or armies would be good, yes. That's why you are studying law, really. Law is mostly redundant when there's a war going on, peace has to be given a chance.
So if tomorrow Pakistan tells India that they are going to fire a nuke at Mumbai and the entire city should be evacuated in 24 hours so that civilians are not harmed, then you should have no problem with their attitude.
Funny how everything else has run out in Gaza except for rockets to be fired at Israel lmao
When the Indian army makes a man a human shield we all were sensible enough to see it as a horrifying thing. But when terrorists in Gaza do it - that’s a negotiating strategy is that what you’re saying ?
The answer is ALWAYS. In fact, very evidently. This is not something that is not there in public sphere.

Be it China, Pakistan or any other country/terror organization which conspires to kill innocent people worth condemnable
There was recording of terriorst they were discussing ot was their missile whuch by mistake hit hospital
Nothing of that sort. It was an Israeli missile. With the outrage, now they are trying to whitewash the incident.
