NUJS does have exchange programmes via the existing MoUs. It is also true that students have not taken advantage of that since long. Could be something to do with the expense.

One discrepancy: foreign exchange only possible at NLSIU, NALSAR and JGLS, not NUJS and others.

Abey it's not the person but the institution. If the president of India has agreed to be reference yaani the central government as a whole has passed an act to become your professional cv reference
