As for the civilians, Israel gave them a warning and time to relocate - something that Hamas did not. In fact, Hamas does not want to let the victims escape so as to keep using it's victim card. If it gives up hostages, maybe something could be worked out but if not, none of us can sit and lecture Israel on international "laws"
