Recently qualified for 2nd interview with CAM, lateral hiring for associates. What should be expected salary for PQE 2yrs?

If you are fresher then just say that whatever firm decides as per its pay policies. If 2-3 years experience then honestly tell the present salary and say that firm can decide an increment based on my knowledge and experience! Do not...do not.....ever quote any figure in any circumstances!

Do your market research on what they pay generally for an A1/A2 at that team. See if you're getting at least a 25-30% jump. 10-20% to current job mein hi mil jaega. Then give a baseline that I am looking at a higher of INR x.
