For Djs, I would highly recommend Rahuls IAS but the term is too much. The coaching will take around 2 years to complete and fees is also hefty. If you afford time and money, please join this or else you may look for other coaching like judiciary gold etc. For RJS, you don't need any coaching, just look thoroughly previous year papers and try to understand the pattern and prepare accordingly.
