What mail should we apply thru to get an online internship?

Didn’t give any interview but from what I heard it was different for my friends who were interning there post an interview so there exists no hard and fast rule

Who said that? The callbacks are generally offline. Haven’t come across a case where the callback was completely online, hybrid at best. That’s also because the teams operate hybrid.

Request your mentor and he’ll make arrangements for you to come offline, that’s how it works generally. Callbacks happen for people who intern virtually too. Work depends on team. Some get a lot, some don’t. More work doesn’t imply a callback.

I've heard first internship for most people is virtual? Do they give callbacks from virtual internships too? Then is the callback internship also virtual for some people?
