Been reading on LI that BLR offices of T1 firms work as background support for other offices. Is this true. Can fellow associates working in BLR office of T1 firms throw a light on this please.

I am currently working in Pune and have interviewed with a T1 firm from BLR and expecting a positive response. Even if they do backend support then also it would be an upgrade for me in all sort of ways, I am just curious to know.
