Just gathering info ahead of internship apps and stuff and trying to compare with disputes exclusive firms like keystone. Specifically looking for:

- pay

- work hours and culture

- quality and volume of work

- scope to go independent in few years

I've seen quite a few seniors go to cam disputes but don't have much info. Thanks
