4. Basics of companies act - public & private companies, doctrines (indoor management, corporate veil, ultra vires, etc.), types of resolutions, and other basics you must've been taught
5. Basics of IBC - Operational creditors, financial creditors, operational debt, financial debt, CIRP, Difference b/w section 7 and 9 proceedings, etc
6. Transfer of Property Act - kinds of mortgages, difference between mortgage and hypothecation
7. Any recent developments relevant to your cv and work done previously
8. Sections 42, 71, 180, 185, 186, 188 and related rules
9. SEBI NCS Regulations, DT regulations, LODR and related Master Circulars
But largely it may revolve around your existing CV and work you've done.
