Had a query regarding 2nd and 3rd post both seem to be written by one person only because no way would the start be soo identifical - is this some toolkit being circulated at GNLU?
I genuinely want to know the legitimacy of the allegations. The initiative has an anonymous G-form where anyone can express such encounters, but I want to know what is being followed by them to vet the allegations they post on their page. It is abundantly prone to be misused.
Tell that to the admin, who are not willing to hear victims, which is the first step to prove "allegations". Also if you know anything about the reality of "justice" you wouldn't say so.

You know victims can be truthful sometimes huh? Maybe if it's happening too many times in some 2 3 NLUs mostly, by the same batch?
Was a formal complaint filed? We've been burned one too many times by anonymous forms destroying lives. Victims must be believed, but law students of all people should understand how due process works.
It's good that #MeToo is cropping up again after being wiped out of public memory. We are seeing it globally as well, with Russell Brand. But will anything happen in India? A reminder that the following people essentially got away, within the law fraternity:

- Two law firm owners in Bengaluru who harassed an intern who eventually committed suicide

- A very famous (now notorious) NLSIU alum named in the media
- An ▮▮▮ who cosplays as a human rights crusader

- An ▮▮▮ named on the same blog site, who also cosplays as a human rights crusader

- A group of NLUD bros named on social media and banned by St Stephen's

- An ex JGLS prof named in the media

- An ex-JGLS admin-cum-lecturer named in the media

And most importantly... countless counsels and partners.
Bruv, he is not alleging sexual harassment. He is saying outright that he was RAPED. The police must now investigate. This cannot be handled by a disciplinary committee.
Has he approached the admin or the police first, before opting for Instagram as the place to file an FIR?
Gnlu was never a top law school. It started average and remained so under Bimal Patel and now with Shanta. Some of its alumni did well but college was never great like an NLS Bangalore or nalsar
It never had a single faculty worth discussing. There have been a lot of discussion about the good work done by faculty from NLS, NALSAR, NLUD, even NUJS. But that's one area where NLUJ and GNLU have always been behind, despite having decent students.
GNLU is sending its contingent to Jodhpur, after VC couldn't resists pressure from NLUJ. Very weak decision

@kian have you forgotten what moderation is, how can baseless anonymous accusations with names be allowed ? (Not talking about liang)
