for PPO opportunities in a T1 NLU they are offering 18 lac PA + other benefits.
Lol

Amazon 3PQE is a joke.

Starting level as Amazon Legal Team is Associate Corporate Counsel where they expect people to have 5 to 7 PQE.
Switch to google amazon was made from which teams?
MNCs do offer good salaries and by that I mean 30 LPA with 6 PQE. My reporting manager must easily be making 50-60 LPA and GC must be at 2-3 CR.
Really? Which company is paying 30LPA for a 6 year PQE?
Can you tell me abouth Isprava? How much do they pay to a fresher?
Consider pinning the post on top given the dearth of In-house people frequenting this forum in the interest of enhanced visibility. Thanks
Hi thanks for the insight. Please let us know the best way to get to know about in house vacancies other than through referrals.
Would be great if you could give a range for-

1. The Big 4

2. Automotive companies-say a maruti

3. Adani

4. WITCH companies

5. Non Banking companies which have decent pay at entry level (any which you may be aware of)

Tx

It completely depends on the Company - there is no one single standard. Better join an MNC with respect for the legal function and directly reports to the board.
No way axis paying that much. ICICI is the standard and has been along with ITC. Axis and Indus pay like 7-8 for freshers
Both Axis and IndusInd along with ICICI pay around 18-22 for PQE2/3 as well as freshers. In hand pay is much lesser but its quite a high paying in-house role!
bro why are you quitting so early is it that bad ?
I want to quit T1 law firm(A0) and join an in house but I don't want too big a pay cut. What are some good options. Looking for places with a good recognition so that switching later becomes easier.
Exactly, and this 16L includes a 4L payout at the end of the year if you stick with them
Increased pay is 16 LPA that too CTC... earlier it was 11 or 12
Is Axis Mumbai on par with ICICI? I heard their name for the first time while ICICI is synonymous with the leading bank package
Don’t read out numbers out of your mind. ICICI pays 16L for Mumbai office which is its max payout all other cities have a relative (less) pay. Now I’m doubting your other numbers too
ITC: 23.7 CTC

Dr. Reddy: around 12 LPA CTC

Axis Bank Mumbai: 20LPA CTC

ICICI Bank: 18-20 LPA CTC
It differs but usually, in-hand is around 70% of CTC. The rest would ESOP, insurance, a few memberships among others.
I would really appreciate if any experienced person could provide insight as to how the CTC is divided and what’s the general in hand pay like along with perks etc that a company is offering. Thanks in advance.
Yes please, it would be really helpful, and any other important information on in house too, thank you!
How accurate is the excel sheet on law firm salaries? Does Touchstone actually offer 19.5 LPA?
Hi weve got an excel on law firm salaries, any idea what in house salaries are like and how they vary based on sector and years of experience? Any in house lawyers here willing to share their pay package and company?
