Is it true that Mooting culture in NLU and other Law institutions of prestige is majorly headed and run by 2nd and 3rd year students because 4th and 5th years dont prefer mooting over other activities that gain relevance after law school?

This comes from the fact that 4th and 5th years might not be inclined to moot since they wish to focus on internships, publication and more?
