I plan to begin strength training at least 4 days a week. I am also an incoming associate at a firm with (sort of) bad rep. Is it possible to get out 4 hours every week for this?
It completely depends on the firm and more importantly which team. If you find a gym right near your office or try a 3-day full body split that might be easier.
How is a beginner supposed to follow Mentzerβs intensity lmfao. Sheβs not training for the Olympia. Resultant fatigue buildup and lack of sleep will just lead to injuries.
