I am a recent grad (23), working as a "shared resource" between two unrelated teams (don't want to specify my practice areas for obvious reasons).
Have heard many seniors (in the firm, outside the firm) advocating that it is a good idea to be a jack for a couple of years before settling down in a particular specialisation, Is this what they have in mind? or am I the "beech ka langur" here?
